10. Liability Limitations

TO THE FULLEST LEGAL EXTENT, EXOLIX ACADEMY, ITS PROPRIETOR, STAFF, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING PROFIT LOSS, DATA LOSS, OR GOODWILL DAMAGE ARISING FROM PLATFORM USE.

AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
